Privacy Policy, Sonder Hollow

Sonder Hollow is a residential land project at 6370 Meadows Town Rd, Marshall, NC 28753, a project of WNC, LLC ("we"). This policy covers sonderhollow.org and the messages we send.

What we collect. What you give us in a form: your name, email, mobile number and your contact choices. If you write, text or talk with us, we keep what you share and the history of our conversation. With each sign-up we record when and where it happened and the wording you agreed to. For text-message consent we also record your IP address as proof of that consent. For basic visit counts we use a first-party counter that sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. If you start our interest form, we save your answers as you go so you can pick up where you left off; we may send one reminder to the email you entered, and a notice the day before answers you never finish are deleted, 30 days after you started.

How we use it. To send the updates, invitations and reminders you asked for, to answer your questions, to arrange tours and calls, and to keep track of our conversations with you about the project. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it. Only providers that help us run the project, acting for us: website and email hosting (Hostinger), our mailing-list service, our text-message and calling provider (Twilio), and an AI service (Anthropic) that helps our team summarize conversations and draft replies, which a person reviews before anything is sent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices. Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email. Text: reply STOP. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email team@sonderhollow.org. We keep your information while you're in conversation with us or on our lists, and delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
